Summary
In organizational cultures that are described as "toxic" or "dysfunctional," there is often a great deal of finger-pointing and blame around a few "problem people."
This session invites you to stop the finger-pointing and to take responsibility for creating the culture you want. The issue is NOT the "problem people." The issue is how you as a leader respond to the "problem people." How are the current structures and processes contributing to this situation, and what new choices can we make that will bring it more into alignment with our desired culture? ... How are my actions contributing to this situation, and what new choices can I make that will bring it more into alignment with our desired culture?
We will explore the importance of an awareness of human needs in creating a culture where people matter. In particular, we will highlight eight human needs that are often not valued within the workplace, but are essential to be valued in a Conscious Organization.
NOTE: This session is the 2nd session of the Introduction to Conscious Leadership series.
